Ryder’s Xchange Late Return & Extension Policy

1. Returning the Vehicle

Renters must return the vehicle:

• At the agreed location
• At the agreed time
• In the same condition it was received

If the vehicle is returned late, additional charges may apply.

2. Late Return Fees

If the renter does not return the vehicle on time:

Excessive late returns may lead to account penalties.

3. Booking Extensions

If a renter needs to extend their booking:

1. Submit a request through the platform.
2. Wait for host approval.
3. Pay the additional rental cost.

Extensions are subject to vehicle availability.

4. Failure to Return the Vehicle

If a renter fails to return the vehicle and does not communicate with the host or Ryder’s Xchange:

• The vehicle may be reported as unreturned
• The renter may be charged additional fees
• Law enforcement may be notified if necessary
