Bring Ryder’s Xchange to your area, and earn from every Host you sign up

Ryder’s Xchange is a peer-to-peer marketplace where Hosts list scooters and motorbikes and riders book them, with ID verification and bond terms on every listing. Our Brand Ambassadors are the trusted local contact for Hosts in each new region. They recruit Hosts, help them get set up, and answer their questions in the local language.

Recruit Hosts

Sign up rental shops, individual owners, hostels, villas and guesthouses that have bikes. They join through your personal link, QR code or referral code.

Help them get started

Guide new Hosts through their listing, photos, pricing, documents and payout setup, and arrange the yearly roadworthy inspection of their vehicles. Answer everyday questions, and pass anything about money, damage or insurance to our support team.

Earn 2.5% commission

You earn a share of the booking value on every completed booking from the Hosts you sign up, for 24 months after each Host joins: 2.5% on moped & motorcycle bookings, 2.5% on car bookings, 2.5% on commercial bookings. It’s paid monthly into your own bank account, and it comes out of our fee, so it never costs your Hosts anything.

Where we’re looking

Bali, Indonesia

Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu and Sanur. Bahasa Indonesia and English, and well connected in rental and villa circles.

Sri Lanka

Galle, Mirissa, Weligama, Ella, Kandy and Arugam Bay. English plus Sinhala or Tamil, ideally with a tourism or guesthouse background.

Australia

One ambassador each for the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Rider-community connectors such as club members or courier community leaders.

How it works

  1. Apply using the form below. Tell us about your region, languages and network.
  2. Interview. If you’re shortlisted, we’ll arrange a 20-minute video call and a reference check.
  3. Two-week trial. You get your referral code and aim to sign up at least 3 Hosts.
  4. Contract and training. You sign an independent-contractor agreement and complete a platform walkthrough with our team.
  5. Launch. Your dashboard shows your Hosts’ progress, your commission and your monthly statements.

Your ambassador account is also a Host account, so you can list your own scooters and motorbikes. Host membership tiers apply to you like any other Host. Commission is only earned on the Hosts you sign up, not on your own vehicles.

Ambassadors are independent contractors and are responsible for their own tax. Ambassadors can’t approve listings, handle money or bonds, or make promises about insurance. Our support team handles all of that. The program is single-level: ambassadors don’t recruit or pay other ambassadors.
