- All rental bikes are equipped with GPS tracking units, which are monitored for insurance and security purposes.

- A bond deposit (e.g., $500) may be required, with the amount set by the host.
- Bond amounts may vary based on factors such as the bike/scooter price, age, and vintage type.
- Renters may request details about the applicable bond amount from the host.
- We hold card details for the security bond deposit. This is held for the full rental period and for 4 to 6 weeks after the rental has ended. The debiting cards facility will be deactivated after the 4 to 6 weeks period has ended. We will be fully transparent about any fines or insurance dealings before debiting anything.
- The bond will be returned upon meeting the rental return conditions.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards and electronic transfers.
- All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement.
6. Use of the Website
- You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
- You must not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
